Nedbank ATM Windermere - cash deposit gone wrong

I had a lot of notes on me so I reluctantly decided to make a trip just to deposit it at Nedbank Windermere. I put the cash into the machine and stood the wondering why it’s taking so long, after a bit of shuffling noises the atm says possible equipment failure and returns my card…none of my cash nor a receipt. I call the helpline and answer the questions and get told it will take 3-4 business days. Really disappointing and inconvenient. Please do something about your machines there and return my funds asap
