Nedbank ATM Service Issues

Nedbank has to be the worst bank in South Africa in terms of ATM service. Their ATM machines are never working, and when they are, they are either EXTREMELY slow, or retain your card with a "system error" message. I have had two ATM cards retained over the last 3 months following only 5 transactions over the period. That is a 60% card retention rate!!!! I am not alone in this, as i know of quite a few Nedbank customers who have experienced the same ATM issues recently. They then have the AUDACITY to charge me every time they issue me with a new card!!! Good old South African service!!! I would love to see a response from Nedbank here, but will not hold my breath.....
