Nedbank ATM Screen Goes Blank(black) and withdrawal transaction freezes without ejecting cash.

<p>I used Nedbank ATM to withraw cash amount of R250. after entering all the required details, the ATM started processing, ejecting my card and while processing the cash , the atm screen went black with onlt a mouse pointer visible. The transaction just stoppe without ejecting cash notes. i used another atm to request a a statement and it stated a withdrawal of R250 which is INCORRECT as the cash never got ejected from the tray.</p> <p>please advise asap!!!!!!</p>
