Nedbank atm ****ers

My husband paid his credit card account via an ATM deposit of R8620. Whilst making the deposit at the last insert of money the ATM decides to restart. The people at the branch insisted that funds would clear by c.o.b. I explained to the team leader that the deposit was urgent in order for it to be relected as we have a bond application pending on this paid up letter!! Now Nedbank credit card legal does not want to give us the paid up letter despite having proof of payment. The agent that assisted my husband put the phone down whilst speaking. We HAVE A BOND APPLICATION PENDING!!!!!!!!
