NEDBANK ATM *****S MONEY??????????

This morning i wanted to withdraw a cash send withdrawal at an atm, in the amount of R2500.00. the ATM went off and restarted during the transaction. I received no money yet the voucher says its been used! I logged a case with Nedbank, now telling me this is going to take 3 working days. Why the hell do i have to wait 3 working days for MY MONEY that when YOUR ATM BROKE???????????????????????????????? This is all the money i have for food for the whole of august. ***?? I want my refund into my account today!!
