Nedbank ATM Query

Good day I’m writing this review with deep frustration and disappointment in Nedbank, on the 7th of May 2025 I made a deposit at one of your ATMs at Eyethu mall in Johannesburg and I was advised to call your call centre number. I was helped by an agent who logged in the wrong atm number so my funds were not credited, and I’ve been going up and down with different agents on the matter for the past month and I have not been helped.
