Nedbank atm querry

Very unhappy with the service from nedbank with their consultants . I deposited r900 on the 3 july at nedbank atm by nedbank branch at zevenwaght mall . Deposited into my credit card and the machine said technical issue. I did not get a slip nothing . I immediately called the number on my card and the consultant told me to call Monday morning as the funds should update then. Monday morning I called I was told call afternoon. Afternoon I call I was told go to the branch nothing they can do. I called properly 10 times this week . A case was logged only Thursday after back and forth calls since Sunday.
