Nedbank ATM not to be used

I am banking with Capitec. On the 26 of September I used a Nedbank ATM in Brits Mall at the Pick n Pay. I withdrew R3900 and the ATM got stuck. I Pulled out my money and only could het R2600 out. I was charged R30 for the with drawl, and then R7 for declined withdrawal. I immediately withdrew R50 again to make sure my money was not still in the dispensary. Was charged R7.50 for the withdrawal. Only R50 came out. I reported it at Capitec who launched an investigation. Nedbank came back weeks later and there response is that my claim was declined. This is unexpectable!!!! How do you guys balance your machines. Something is truly wrong.
