Nedbank ATM in Mandeni

I'm Mxolisi, I went to deposit money using Nedbank ATM at Mandeni. The ATM asked my banking details of which I was depositing to my account cardless after that, I placed or put the money in the machine and it closed and validated the notes, After validating the notes /my money the ATM went to its normal operating system and requested for another person to insert the card without proceeding with my transaction and I ask the atm assistant person that works at nedbank and told him what has just happened.... He said I must go inside the branch but I couldn't get any help they only gave me a number to call on my own but their system was failing to proceeding to launch the query. She told me that it will take up to 4 days where else I needed the money urgently to use to go back to johannesburg and report to work now I'm stuck because of Nedbank ATM that took my money about R2200
