Nedbank ATM failure

My sister used the Nedbank ATM at Newmarket Mall in Alberton at 13h00 on 08/03/2021 it crashed and started rebooting, like there is no network. She tried again at a different ATM at the Mall and it said incorrect pin, tried again and it said insufficient funds. She then went to the bank and was told it would be investigated. Reference provided ***2. No feedback is being provided and details on how she will be refunded as the money was never received from the ATM.
