Nedbank atm don't work and still they advice you to use them for deposit

Hi! I went to gardens mall today at Nedbank to make a deposit at school for my brother and when l arrived at the atm l made a deposit and l didn't get recipients when l went to the bank the told me that the atm has eaten my money and l have to four working days to get the money back to the hold l was sending it to.
