Nedbank ATM Deposits - Pathetic

I'm very disappointed in Nedbank , my brother deposited money for me from Nedbank ATM Mdantsane City on the 28th September , but the ATM gave him the receipt that Sorry the money was not transferred. He went inside the bank to inform them regarding the receipt and they say to him I must wait it will reflect yesterday still but no amount received , he went again today (29th Sept) , he was told again that I must wait it will reflect . How long am I supposed to wait. Why are you guys inventing the ATM for deposits but the service is pathetic .Just tell people to deposit inside the bank. I phoned the mdantsane city branch ********** 600 , and spoke to the team leader Noloyiso Nhanha who informed me that the case has been escalated to the people who deals with ATM but they don't work on weekends, and she said it takes 7days for this to be resolved, am I supposed to suffer ? This is absolute pathetic . I'm really dissapointed with Nedbank . I don't think I'll bank with you again , I'm gonna take my business somewhere . Because I'm the one who is suffering I can't pay my bills I have to wait for this 7days.
