Nedbank Atm Deposits Are Not Reliable

On Thursday 23/11/23 I sent my staff to make a deposit at a Nedbank branch in Sam Ntuli Mall. The atm cancelled the transaction after the money was deposited. It returned a slip which said 'the transaction has been cancelled' and 'the money has been retained'. I logged a query with Nedbank Call Centre (***). thereafter I received an sms with the reference number ***. The call centre agent told me the matter will take 5 working days to resolve. It is now Friday I am still waiting. Do I make anymore deposits into a nedbank account henceforth if I DON'TKNOW whether it will reflect or not. If it does not reflect, if I don't know how long it is going to take to resolve the matter?
