NEDBANK ATM CUMPASS SQUARE BRANCH

I got a pathetic service from NEDBANK campus square Branch ATM. I my ATM card to withdraw R4000 the ATM automatically restarted and took R4000 from my account and the money never came out of the ATM, It only returned the card and i didnt get the money but my account is now showing a R4000 of money that i never got. the white lady from the bank said they will return the money in few minutes, but now is 4 days and the money has not been return. this happened on the 19th of July 2023 between 12noon and 1PM right at their branch middle ATM . The ATM restarted and brought back the card but did not bring out my money R4000 this happened in Melville on 19th and this is 4 days ago and the money was not returned but they took the R4000 from my account. i have not received any communication from NEDBANK since my query. meaning this money is lost and they dont care

I got a pathetic service from NEDBANK campus square Branch ATM. BE CAREFULL WITH NEDBANK ATM’S. The ATM automatically restarted and returned my Bank Card; the money R4000 I wanted did not come out of the ATM. BUT my account is now showing a R4000 ATM withdrawal of money that did not come out of the ATM, ATM only returned the card and i didn’t get the money but my account is now showing a R4000 ATM withdrawal. The white lady from the bank said they will return the money in few minutes, but now is 4 days and the money has not been return. This happened on the 19th of July 2023 between 12noon and 1PM right at their branch ATM at compass square ATM. i have not received any communication from NEDBANK since my query.
