Nedbank ATM crash

Nedbank ATMs that have the facility to accept cash for credit of your account, have failed to operate for nearly 7 days now, They accept your cash but would not issue a receipt. The machines just say there is a technical problem, and the money is not credited to your account. I have been trying to get them to put the R5000 onto my account, but they have not responded other than to say they are trying to resolve the matter. I would advise customers NOT to use the cash Credit ATMs at Nedbank. This is National breakdown of the system and as far as I am concerned Nedbank have ****** the money. They blame the Easter Break for not rectifying the matter. Very bad excuse Nedbank. This must be effecting thousands of customers, and their excused are pathetic for an International bank
