Nedbank ATM ***** case:CPT320490

I put my card in the ATM and it never came out ,after few minutes it was swopping in the shop at the same complex and money was withdrawn as well.I lost R5000 .Nedbank said maybe after 3 months they can refund me or not.I trusted them with my money but they failed me.I need that money to survive
