Nedbank ATM

I went to Tembisa Mall to withdraw a cash send,I put all nesscary details for the cash send and boom the ATM says temporary out of service. The constant in the branch asked me to try another ATM and guess what my voucher has been redeemed,how coz I have not even received the money and all the consultant can say the machine has been giving these problems AND I should call some toll free number.I called and guess what I have to wait for 7 working days.Guys watch out for nedbank ATMs they not trustworthy
