Nedbank @ Mall of Africa

This is my third time at your branch at Mall of Africa. Service is pathetic. The branch is severely understaffed as you wait ages to be assisted. I am here to collect my card and I have been waiting two hours, and am no where near being helped. When I ask the staff they just tell me to sit down. I collected a card from Nedbank at Sandton a few days ago and was in and out. What the hell is going on at this branch? When I was here last month I waited over three hours to have someone help me with my internet banking. Absolutely pathetic service!
