Nedbank at its worst

After sending them an email still no response but when they want payment they know where to contact me .The sad things I have got three buisness acc with them have had house cars all bought them ,been with them for 30 years and this is the type of respect I get please card ***** sort this out I have been loyal and deserve some respect
