Nedbank, as always you disappoint

Good morning, I have been under debt review, with the final installments going off November 2018. For the last few days, including yesterday, Norton Attorneys have been contacting me regarding an alleged "arrears account" with Nedbank. I phoned them, they refused to give me a statement of what this supposed debt is (NCA entitles me to a detailed statement). But the cherry on top - I saw last night a strange amount (2,841.48) was debited from my account; your call centre advised me that I must wait for the reference number to show before they can see what this amount was for. This morning another amount was debited (R10 600). I phoned your call centre and was advised that NEDBANK took that money for a credit card as it shows the amounts were taken by your legal division. FYI - the reference nnumber used is not my credit card number. So I go through the whole debt review process just for you to take money as you please from my account - without talking to me, phoning me, emailing me? You just take? And not a few rand almost R14 000 AND then you get Norton Attorneys to also try and collect on whatever arrears these are - so you get a double payday, right Nedbank? I have laid a complaint against Nedbank and Nortong Attorneys with the NCR and I expect you to revert to me today to fix this. I will definitely also be closing my account with you after this.

I'm still waiting for feedback on my email. In the interim I am being pestered by your attorneys who persisted to call me even yesterday, Sunday, at 6PM.
