Nedbank,are you still operational?

<p>I went to the Nedbank branch in Cape Gate on Tuesday last week and gave notice on an investment.</p> <p>I was told they would phone me on Wednesday or Friday to tell me the outcome.</p> <p>Nothing happened.</p> <p>I then send an email from the Nedbank website asking what is happening.</p> <p>Today is Wednesday, nothing happened.</p> <p>Went to the bank this morning, long queue. Not going to stand in the queue, I am retired, have had two back operations, cannot stand there and wait.</p> <p>What is happeneing Nedbank? Are you still open for business?</p> <p>This is very bad service, did not expect this from Nedbank!</p>
