Nedbank are useless ******* R13000 lost in atm 1 week and no money in my account

did a cash deposit at Nedbank Nicolway in their SMART machines nd the machine switched off.... This was over a week ago.. when I reported it to the staff at the shop they said they cant report it until its over 48 hours and the attatude I got was disgusting... went home and waited called the call centre they say nothing was reported .... went back to the branch and told the branch manager I deposited cash to make payments that day ... was assured it would be sorted.... still waiting and no call from the branch manager,,,,, by the way I deposited R13000.00 sick to death of calling the useless call centre and I have been to the branch 3 times now.... we might be a small fish but Nedbank can kiss my **** and close all our accounts... I have an account with FNB and they are 1 million times better at trying to help people.....
