Nedbank are useless

If I could give a minus 5, I would. Nedbank debited a premium on 5 June 2023 for a cancelled insurance policy. To date, despite numerous emails compaining and promises that it would be done, it has still not been credited to my account. Then a week ago, they brought forward old paid up personal loans into the accounts into which I could pay funds when withdrawing an investment, but saying these had INSUFFICIENT FUNDS!!!! How dare you! These are paid up loans. There are no funds to be debited or credited. Nedbank are preventing me from withdrawing MY MONEY from MY investment to be paid into MY current account. This level of incompetence and gross negligence is despicable. They are affecting my credit rating, causing cashflow problems and huge stress for me. I have complained so many times and NEDBANK HAVE DONE NOTHING.
