Nedbank are USELESS!

I am constantly amazed at how poor the service is that my company receives from Nedbank. I suspect that it may be because we are a small company...so the fees that Nedbank generate from us are pretty small. Our latest fiasco ( in a long line of many with Nedbank) involved Nedbank unilaterally closing one of our business accounts due to " insufficient activity" on the account! No warning....no discussion...no opportunity for us to make a deposit/transfer to the account to show some activity...they just shut it down. I have now been trying for 3 weeks to resolve this. I regret to say this but, in my experience, Nedbank are USELESS. They make hundreds of millions of Rands each year from fees, so why bother to deliver world class service! If we ****** off, there will be other suckers to take our place. What a sick joke!
