nedbank are useless

nedbank are useless, tried simply to get a statement on line and in spite of doing fica with them 4 years ago they have not updated their records, that was my wifes experience on the phone earlier today, now i am trying just to get an online statement and so far halfan hour and the page hasnt loaded. This bank is now useless.
