Nedbank are *****'s

I called in to get settlement amount on my loan the day the debit went off. It has only been a day and the charged me a whole month interest to settle my loan account. The charginformation R2000 extra to settle my loan account within one day. I am so disgusted and frustrated by this that I will be changin banks. How the hell do they calculate settlement amounts or are the employees at this bank just plain stupid. I want an explanation from nedbank but the mentality of the call centre is like talking to a wall. Nedbank surely robbing people in the terms that you do should be ******* and needs to be investigated.
