Nedbank are the worst

I've been having bad service from Nedbank for a while now, the cherry ontop has now been the fact that ive just recieved a Letter of Demand from the MFC dept. According to them ive missed a payment on my vehicle finance account. This is an error and mess up from their side! for the past 2 months they have deducted the debit amount on the agreed date, all was well then suddenly the money gets reversed back into my account the next day, a week later the same amount gets deducted again! This happened in October and then again in November, when it hapened the first time i contacted my banker and she confirmed all was in order and it must be an error on their side, i was told it would be sorted out. however next month came, same thing happened, debit order goes off, money gets reversed back and a week later debit order goes off again, only this time it puts my account into a minus amount! This is ridiculous and now negatively affects me! I have never requested to change my debit order date in the first place! Again i have contacted my banker to assist with the issue, but for some reason, all my requests take forever to be attended to! the service i recieve from Nedbank is pathetic. I have made enquiries about moving to another bank. This is what i will do as soon as this issue is resolved.. who knows when that will be! At the moment i am a very dissapointed and upset Nedbank client. I will definately not recommend Nedbank to anyone. Even with a Personal Banker, the service sucks!
