Nedbank are ******** with no shame

I settled my Nedbank personal loan on the 20th of September as per their quotation, called them to ensure that they close the account to which they did not. Now on the 25th they *******ly debited my account and again today on the 26th they debited my account again

When you call their call center no one is able to assist me with refunds and they debit my account daily. Nedbank is pure ***** and they are *****ing my hard earned money on a daily basis
