Nedbank are ****s and offer the worst service to clients

Nedbank was running a promotion, if you move your salary over to them, you get cash back. I moved over in November 2025. January 2026 I called their customer service and was told that my salary needs to reflect 3 consecutive months before I'm entitled to the cash back. I called them up today, non of the agents could help me. They just kept passing me on to other departments, 30min later I'm still on my call and not assisted. Eventually I speak to a consultant that claims the promotion is for R200 cash back instead of R2500. She then transfers me to another department where no one answers. I'm so sick of Nedbank, their service is terrible and not just on this occasion.
