Nedbank are quick to get you on board and show customer service, once you are on board you are on your on as they are not will to assist you nor direct you to the relevant people. I have query with reference number ***5 from last week Wednesday the 1st of November till today I have not heard from Nedbank and when I fall up apparently they are still busy they will get back to me. I regret having chosen Nedbank because it's a nightmare to deal with.
