Nedbank are happy to use the Easypay paying platforms that the phishing ******** use.
I was caught in a phishing **** yesterday. The ******** used the Easypay platform. Easypay is notoriously used by ********, yet the bank allows their transactions. The ******** knew all my personal details. The Nedbank card ***** department said it might take, listen to this, up to four weeks to investigate this! I blocked the credit card and I hope for the best. They were not sympathetic at all and made me feel like I was the *******. If they don't reverse this, I will be closing all of my accounts with them and will possibly sue them.

15 Sept 2017, 12:16Someone from Nedbank called me and didn't seem to concerned. Should I not get my money back I will be contacting Carte Blanche and posting on many community forums how poorly Nedbank are treating me.

03 Oct 2017, 08:40I have emailed Sundeep Narsai from the credit card ***** department for a response of some sort. I've had no reply. I am still waiting for my full refund. Should I not get it in the next week I will close all my Nedbank linked accounts. Those being my Savvy account, my garage card, my v greenbacks, my Credit card with American express linked and my home loan account. It does not seem that Nedbank want me as a customer, so I might as well go to another bank that does want a customer like me.

08 Dec 2017, 13:07Yesterday I closed my Nedbank Savvy account, garage card, Amex card and Greenbacks card. I feel so much better :-)
