Nedbank are *****s ,don’t bank with them !

My account was double debited R5100 x2 ( My entire salary) I was told to send a refund request email and wait 10 days. How the the hell am i suppose to wait 2 weeks for my money , i now find myself not even having food for my kids. I want the refund actioned asap as it is ur fault!!! By the way , Im switching my salary to Capitec Bank next month because u guys are *****s !!!!’
