Nedbank are clueless

I have tried to contact Nedbank home loans various times via email and also the call centre and have heard nothing back. Just radio silence and cluelessness.

I don't know what to do to get someone who will grasp what I need but Nedbank seem completely unbothered with assisting me whatsoever.

This is ridiculous. I know that it's regarding a very old account but what do I have to do to get anything done with Nedbank.
