nedbank are bigtime *****s!

What a ******* bank! Money dissapeared from my daughter account a few months ago and now from my account. They just wash their hands and refuse to pay our money back. Both our cards were cloned. Now that i refuse to deposit money into those accounts they keep on saying we are overdrawn and threaten our credit records will be affected. Hate them so much!!!
