NedBank are a bunch of *******!!!

I found myself under a heavy financial burden in 2019 and took measures to have my Nedbank credit card closed and started paying it off since then. And for almost 5 years now, Nedbank has been charging me a monthly "Greenbacks fee" for a credit card I no longer have or even have access to or the benefits that come with having access to one, such as the Greenbacks loyalty programme.

It is obscene and unfair that an institution as big as Nedbank can ***** money from struggling individuals; this money was taken from every payment made to them towards my credit for almost 5 years now. It is shocking to see such careless behaviour displayed. And to date, no steps were ever taken to correct this problem and my monthly contributions have been falling short because of this deduction.
