Nedbank app won't install

I've been trying to install Nedbank Money app on my phone for a couple of weeks. Keep getting Error code 57. Phoned the call center, they arranged from someone from IT to call me. The IT person was not successful resolving the error. Told me that they would call back. That was a week ago. Never got a call back. Please can someone help or else I'm closing my account
