Nedbank app useless

Went to Lydenburg to open a current account and do an investment. Pathetic experience and after downloading banking app in the bank. Logged in and setup password etc only to be closed down for reasons even the bank assistant could not explain. OR FIX. WELL DONE NEDBANK FOR ABSOLUTELY WASTING MY TIME AND PETROL
