Nedbank App Useless!!!

The Nedbank online banking app is the most useless POS out there and their so called online assistance is absolutely useless! I was told I cannot do any transactions on the app because my SMS functionality was not activated. After spending two hours at the local branch to get this done I tried again without any success. Did the online help thing and was told "O, sorry, no you have to increase the limits at the branch...". So what is the purpose of the stupid payment limit increase page on the online banking. You can check your balances and that is it.... no other functions are possible. O, they are available ... but if you want to use them you need to "go to your branch...". I have not received a single other type of help bu this little stupid refrain !!
