nedbank app is useless

I post here before maybe 2 weeks back about what happened to me at the atm but still they don't give me my money back but question is what is the use of app if it not working properly cauz my card swallow after that when I open the app and try to freeze card it doesn't working and when I went to block it it says card successfully blocked and replace it but when I went to the branch they said this card wasn't blocked so how come?then I report it every where and they ask me details at bank I send them but now received the email they said they not going to pay me back at ***** devision but now email said my card was block on 01.11.2018. Time 11.54.09 but I block it on 31.10.2018 on the app even at the bank it was 31.10.2018 not 01.11.2018 so I'm so disappointed about them how can they lie I want money I know it not their of that I lost the money but I do use app b cauz I trust it and I always thought if I block my card on app they won't get my money but now they did b cauz of this secure services. I blame nedbank because of secure services. App is supposed to be automatically we don't have to try so many time to stop the card. Cauz the more u trying the more yr money going on yr card I hate this app .i won't give up until I get my money. I will keep posting here
