Nedbank App is a flop

Nedbank App. Last week I tried paying my domestic from my checking account via the App. I tried and kept getting cut off after pressing the payment button. I tried and tried. Little did i realise that my payment went through ugj 7 times. Whdn loggibg a complaint im tild them that i could get the money back but i want my chargers reverse. This bank cant even honour my request. I guess its fair to lake me pay for yiur inadequate systems
