Nedbank App has glitches but Nedbank will not admit it

I tried so hard to make Nedbank understand they have a technical issue with their Nedbank Money App, but no matter how hard I try to show them, they try harder to make a fool of me. I tell them do not call me, cause I want everything in writing, and they continue to try and call me. Clearly they are not literate in their support team

If you take a powerball ticket on the Nedbank app, and delete the sms the app sends you with your numbers, Nedbank is unable to see those numbers, and there is nowhere on the site that the client can resend those numbers to themselves, Nedbank says that if you go to lotto option, there is an option to view history, but this option is only for Lotto and NOT FOR POWERBALL.

It is sad that a client tries to assist the bank, and they try to make an idiot out of the client. Really thinking after the many years I have banked with them, it might be time to find a new bank to bank with.
