Nedbank App Failure – Zero Urgent Support

This is unacceptable. The Nedbank app suddenly stopped working and I can’t log in because Approve-it won’t come through. I called both the call centre and technical team, and all they can say is “wait two business days.”

I need to make an urgent payment today, and Nedbank is blocking me from my own money with no real help. Absolutely shocking service.
