Nedbank App Complaints

Nedbank customer care agents are always rude. Nedbank app is absolutely painful. It is not user friendly.It doesn't perform simple tasks correctly.They need to catch a wakeup and use the money they take from their customers to pay proper people to create a usable banking app. It seems the only purpose it serves it to allow customers to view their balance.Other than that it's absolutely useless
