Nedbank APP and Website aren't up to scratch

Nedbank's app and website need work. Especially the website. It doesn't feel intuitive and in many ways, I miss the old version which had dropdown menus. When it comes to purchases, both the app and the website contain items that just don't work. For instance, you cannot purchase everydayGigs. The site always reports that something is wrong. This has been an issue for months. Literally. Making the website look like an app is not hip, it's unintuitive and goes against how we are accustomed to navigating websites. Please don't innovate for innovation sakes, innovate to enhance the customer experience.
