NEDBANK APP

I HAD to GIVE them 1 star - otherwise I wouldn't be ABLE to write a review. They ACTUALLY DESERVE NO STARS for their service‼ The PROBLEM is their WONDERFUL APP that they advertise SO PROFUSELY. The App is TOTALLY PATHETIC‼‼ My problem arose when they BLOCKED my App due to SUSPECTED *****. To UNBLOCK my App - I HAD TO GO TO MY BRANCH. Which I DID - but THEN they DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY‼ They CONVENIENTLY FORGOT to set the LIMITS of my banking. I had to GO to the branch AGAIN. NO PROBLEM - according to THEM. EXCEPT - that I DON'T OWN A CAR and I have to RELY on people to TRANSPORT me‼‼ HENCE me USING THE APP‼‼‼‼‼ The LIMITS of my App was fixed - AT THE BRANCH AGAIN. The LAST STRAW was when I TRIED to PAY for a BUS TICKET with the WONDERFULL APP- because I DON'T OWN MY OWN CAR - and I COULDN' DO it BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE SMS AUTHORIZATION on my App. I phoned my branch again - NO PROBLEM, I JUST HAVE TO GO TO THE BRANCH TO FIX IT‼‼‼ All I WANT T KNOW is - WHY IN THE HELL DO YOU HAVE AN APP - IF YOU HAVE TO VISIT THE BRANCH ALL THE TIME because the ****** APP ISN'T WORKING‼‼‼‼ This is the MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED‼‼‼‼ PLEASE - DON'T FRUSTRATE YOURSELVES with this PATHEYIC APP‼‼‼‼
