Nedbank App *****

Nedbank Bank App ***** Your Nedbank ID username is bodiberb ... If you did not request it, please call ***. This above opening sentence came through. Immediately, after I received this SMS a call from a 'Melissa' advising that someone wanted to pay R16,100.00 to travel. Being shocked I said it was not me. Allegedly, she was calling from Rivonia branch but strangely using a cell phone. I asked her to call me on another device, & I called *** at 11:41 to report, and told ***en that I was suspicious of Melissa's call. Whilst talking to ***en, this *****ster called and I said to ***en here is the call on another line I am suspicious of. So I was on 2 calls simultaneously, but instead of him checking this call, he said that I could talk to her even when I was reporting a suspicious activity. As these are recorded Nedbank can check to verify. The rest is history as Melissa 'assisted' me unbeknown to me I was swindlled of R4000 +R1000. Realising it I called and reported to Katlego and he said it takes 4-6 weeks to investigate. This being so, I didn't ask should I be correct if I would be refunded. Before I received help I had called several times until Katlego assisted me. I'm desperate/broke & want answers soon. How is it possible for a *****ster to know that Nedbank had sent me an SMS and capitalised on this? Katlego or Sindita has confirmed the SMS as a genuine one. Hopefully I have spelt names correctly.
