NEDBANK APP

I don't know if anyone else is having a problem with the Nedbank App but since putting it on my phone I have managed to buy airtime once and if you want to buy again it says you have exceeded your limits. I want to do a transaction and there is a daily limit of R1.00 ( RIDICULOUS ) with me being disabled I have a problem getting someone to take me into the bank I can only organize it to happen on weekends if my son is not working
