Nedbank APO service: Overpriced and Ineffective

Nedbank runs an APO payment sevice which deducts the required amount of your current account to meet your credit card payment terms. The service ignores any payment that does not fall within the closing period which leads to the APO payment being triggeted without it being necessary. The service fee for this useless service is R90 which exceeds the typical interest one would be due if the payment was missed in the first place. Took more than 20 minutes to figure this out over the phone with a clueless sevice agent.
