Nedbank APO payment *****

Nedbank APO payment without my permission ,who are these people taking money or transact without any of my knowledge ....I for starters ask in February for my account to be downgraded and they told me it would take up to 90 days to be downgraded now end of July it still has not been done ,i dont use Nedbank but every month i pay the fees now they putting APO on for who is the money....PLEASE ASSIST
