Nedbank and there pathetic service

Once again Nedbank and there pathetic service... After going to Hellopeter I got debited four times after speaking to Tshepiso Mashigo (who was actually singing while I was speaking) the matter has not been resolved. I called again on Saturday and I spoke to Zinhle and Zethu and still the issue has not been resolved. I spoke to the team leader Victor Khanyi who promised to send me a bank statement and I still haven't received anything and then I get told the I am owing R8040.16 after Nedbank has already debited my account on numerous occasions for the 13th time. I have never missed on paying my installment, if this matter is not resolved before the close of business today, I am taking this to the Ombudsman and FSB. I want this to be sorted out without anyone calling me as they just keep on lying every time they speak to me. I want me money back today.
